Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to visitors to mbock-group.com and to anyone using systems, APIs, hosted software or project environments that we operate, to the extent those systems are in scope of an engagement.

Client contracts, product terms and access controls may add further rules. If there is a conflict with a signed contract, the signed contract prevails for that engagement.

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Use our website, products or systems for illegal activity, including fraud, harassment, or infringement of others' rights
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of systems without our prior written permission
• Gain or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data, networks or infrastructure
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other security or usage controls
• Introduce malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through or in connection with our services
• Impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with us
• Abuse other users of a platform we operate, including threats, hate speech, or sexual exploitation
• Use automated requests at a volume that degrades the service for others, except where we have agreed an integration rate
• Resell, scrape, or systematically copy content or data except as a contract allows

We welcome responsible disclosure of genuine security issues. Contact contact@mbock-group.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Do not access or exfiltrate other people's data, and do not disrupt production systems. We have not published a paid bug-bounty programme.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, notify affected customers, and report activity to law enforcement where appropriate. Those steps depend on the facts and on any applicable contract.
