Product descriptions, service pages and contact forms on this site are general information. They do not, by themselves, create a contract for software development, hosting, support, or a ChatBooking or Campus Platform subscription.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, including:

• Learning about our products and services
• Contacting us about a possible engagement
• Reading these legal pages

You must not misuse the site. Activities that interfere with other users, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the site to commit an offence are not allowed. See also our Acceptable Use Policy.

Unless stated otherwise, the company name, logo artwork supplied for this site, and original copy on these pages are used by MBOCK-Group LTD. You may not copy the site as a whole, or use our name or logo, in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

This website is built with open-source software, including Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and Lucide icons. Those components remain subject to their own licences. We do not claim to own that third-party material.

Photographs, illustrations or fonts from third parties — if any are added later — will remain subject to their licences. The current public pages use original copy, local SVG logos, and system fonts.

Software products we build for clients, and the ChatBooking and Campus Networking Platform products, are governed by separate licences and contracts, not by these website terms.

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but pages may contain errors or become out of date. Product features, pilot status and service descriptions can change. Do not rely on a web page as the complete specification for a project.

Technical, commercial or legal decisions should be confirmed with us in writing, and where needed with your own advisers.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Access may be suspended for maintenance, hosting issues, or reasons outside our control.

This is a statement about the public marketing site. Any service levels for a paid product or project would be set out in a separate agreement, if one is offered.

The site links to LinkedIn, GitHub and may link to other external sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Nothing on this website excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, MBOCK-Group LTD is not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss arising solely from your use of (or inability to use) this public website, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data, except where the law says otherwise.

These limits apply to the marketing website only. Liability for paid services, software delivery, or hosted products is a matter for the relevant contract. Those clauses should be drafted or reviewed by a solicitor and are not set out here.

We may change the website and these terms. The updated text will appear on this page with a revised date. If a change would affect an existing paid contract, that contract — not this page — governs the change process.

These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes about them are intended to be subject to the courts of England and Wales. That default reflects a UK company with a registered office in England. A solicitor should confirm the clause before it is relied on in a commercial dispute.

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights in your country of residence may still apply.
